I am Back!

After since working, I start to adopt a new season in my life. Many changes.. I'm very shocked how I manage to come to this stage. Turning 21 is absolutely too fast, this interim makes me feel scared. I feel unprepared for certain steps I take. Nowadays, I've been thinking a lot. Thinking how to manage my finance and commitments. I yearn to be a undergraduate student but I have so many skills which I intend to pick up. In fact, to master them eventually. E.g. my Japanese language and Keyboard. Nevertheless, I'm reading books and watching videos on these interest while I'm still saving up :)

Do you think I'm too ambitious? I often asked myself and I am aware of my limits. Abundant resources which I came across advice that I should take one step at a time. I agree. Bcos its impossible to speak flattering Japanese after 1 month of learning and neither can I graduate with a degree cert given this short period. Consistent will be my key to success. Wish me "All the best".

Here's a good news! I am starting my degree course at UniSIM part-time in Jan 2012. I just pray that I can still juggle between work and school. Thank God for the 55% subsidy which I don't have much worries for my course fee. I noted that time spend for friends and family will decrease. Just hope that they will be supportive and understanding.

Some updates on my work life:

After interacting for some time, my colleague thinks that I'm totally drama and active. And also I'm a super carebear person. Well, I AM :) Its natural to think that I am very cold if I'm unfamiliar with him/her.

SURPRISE?! I'M HERE TO UPDATE MY LIFE.

Graduation ceremony is over and so....I'm officially a diploma grads! However, I'm a so called "OL" now. Working @ WDA is a total new exposure to the full time society. I am really bless by God. Having so many seniors concerning about my welfare is more than enough. So I'm working closely with this colleague, Germaine! I totally miss her today cos she went for her graduation ceremony while I dwell in the midst of work. ): BUT. I have an extra hour off because Singapore is having this "Eat with your family day campaign" and public servant is involved so I'm released at 4.30pm ;) hehe. Now that I have to work early, I sleep early too. Becoming healthier.

On a side note, I fell yesterday. Having a big bruise of abrasion which totally makes my leg so ugly! From now on, I'll try to stop being clumsy. Its hard cos I need to dress in office wear from mon to thurs and heels goes well with it! (FYI, due to my working environment @raffles place, dressing is kinda of particular personally) Since I can accomplish not to be late for work, I'm sure I can succeed. I hope no one laugh at this.

I watched KUNFU PANDA 2 just now! Incredibly cute. Poh! You are awesome.... hehe. Update shall continue tml. Promiseeeeee.

Annyeong !

I can't resist Korean dramas.

Went to sing K with Yao jie, Wei how and Yann shaw ytd and we were so hyper! hahaahaha. okay, my bad cos I was late with a VALID reason! I got shortlisted for a job and was asked to fill a form immediately. LIKE WHAT.....! I'm suppose to meet the guys now and they needed the form so last min. Fine, since I have been waiting for this opportunity long long ago and I seek understanding from them poorly waiting for me. The worst thing is, normal human will take at least an hour to complete it?

I'm struggling to change my bad habit: SAY BYE BYE TO LATE QUEEN.

Back to the KTV session. First song: 第一天 ~! I shall make wei how sing that song to the whole world if I can! hahahahha. he's a potential entertainer. I like to pick beautiful songs but they are emo unknowingly! hehehe. but I am too happy to sound emotional and wei how is making me laughing non-stop. Yao Jie got the Show Luo's voice and Yann shaw is too shy to sing anything solo ;) so thats it! and the day ends @ 11pm.

I look forward to ubin when I'm back because it resembles Chiang Rai. Love the simple and greenery environment. Anyway the trip was without Jon sadly but we did enjoyed! Lost many calories as we were cycling for hours. Uphill was exhausting for sure. Mosquitoes can be horrible there if you hate them. Photos share below:

I AM HOME ! SINGAPORE.

I came back for almost 1 week already ! It took me a few days to adjust back to Singapore life. hehe. And I got tons and tons to share. Thai ppl are awesome, Thailand's life is simple and relaxing, most importantly, THAI FOOD IS OISHI ! The local youths couldn't express 'delicious' and they said 'oishi'. I was laughing non-stop when I heard them saying. TOO MANY PHOTOS to upload so i'm gg to take some time. On my last day earthquake hits Cheng Du, Myanmar and my place got affected. Thank God, He brought me home safely!

The local youths, my best friend at Chiang Rai who is next to me in purple at the right is call PAN (LOVE HER) . Many locals say I look like thai !

I wanna thank Stage badly. Closer to her during the trip and she's incredibly independent. Though always interested in the "Spiderman uncle", she is such a great friend. I still remember I got so frighten during the earthquake tremor and she held my hands so tightly. Will never forget the times we stick together. Bathing, Eating, go toilet, go poo poo (hahaha), on the bus, sleeping and SHOPPING! Thank you for taking care of me. I wouldn't have appreciate the trip as much if wasn't you. we want to go Bangkok together in future! Love Thailand a lot ! :)

I got A LOT of things to share.

Amazingly, with UTs just ended last week, everyone is busy gathering! Is it that people move on too quickly or I am still occupied with the content I have daily after finishing all my lessons and UTs ? Time...please don't pass too quickly ): Graduation Party will fall on May. I had submitted my application form for admission to NTU. okay, I know its my wishful thinking. But my Lord allow anything to be possible :) This time, I really put my trust in Him and I'll pray for a convincing heart and confident to face this.

Anyway, I'm taking part-time job currently and gg sch for SL trip meeting occasionally. On top of that, busying sending people off recently. Herman's farewell was yesterday and Deok Gyo Jo (Jo)'s is tml ! I hate to send people off as well as the otherwise. I hope Jo will remember us when he return to Korea. I've learn a lot from him including how to call "uncle" on Joshua ;) He is ill- mannered because he call me "auntie" all the time.

All the best to you two ! May the Lord watches you especially Jo when you are in Korea....

Desmond, I hope you take it easy okay? Although I understand that you want your gf to be in your shoe as Isabella and I brought up the issue of your luxury spending lifestyle. However, you can't expect that she get it straight away. She may thought that you changed or something. STAY COOL k.

Hello! I find now a very good chance to blog. By right, I should be revising my last UTs yet I just reached home from visiting the "God of Fortune" with daddy and mummy ;) I caught something from God today, Happiness and joy is a awesome gift from God. Most impt, you must felt it sincerely. It is so much more important than studies or work. I don't wanna miss any chance of spending quality time with family as well as my friends ! That is my life vision.

Oh yeah...my trip is confirmed and I'm kinda of egggggcited ! Its my first time gg overseas with school and it is pre-paid unlike previous SL trips that they organized. CNY is just next week and I already bought my new year clothes longggg time ago. This is usually not what I would planned. Actually, I enjoy to be early bird but I just have very serious bad habit. I had a long day and I know its time to learn facing it. Not relying by my strength.....something made me fed up just now and I don't wish to talk about it anymore.....I'm feeling lethargic, I think I need rest.

One update per week? :)

I used to blog very frequently but after awhile I realized I can't blog like I used to because I cannot express many things out loud due to various concerns. Recently I was caught in between a very bad dilemma. Service Learning Trip and IEP (Internship). As I was weighing both interest and benefits, It is still Service Learning. (YAY!) I don't think I should miss this opportunity. Unfortunately, I can't bring Yapi (my Carebear) along... it has bring joy to me ever since it has given to me by IG friends so I will miss u lots lots :D Mummy and Daddy find it helplessly adorable too ;) Thank God for Yapi. No matter how stress, tired or upset with my circumstances, God comforted me using Yapi besides His spiritual love. haha. I bet if you hug my carebear, you will know what I am feeling. hehe! Who want carebear for birthday present?

Awhile ago, Jocelyn, Slyvia and I were private messaging each other on FB . I asked Jocelyn to bring me to Japan! She is JLPT 3 now... SO PRO right and had been to Japan like twice or thrice? She taught me a lot about Japanese and even gave me hers NUS Japanese 1 and 2 module lecture notes! Arigatou gozaimasu Jocelyn chan. I will pray that you would find a job very soon after graduation and go Japan with me and Slyvia next year. Hopefully Slyvia can make it bcos she is still studying in SP ):

Shashiburi ! Its been awhile since I blog about what is gg on in my life. ;) Weeks ago, I was worried about my future but as days goes by, I am more certain to become a child psychologist or counsellor in future. With 5 years of serving in Children Ministry and taking care of my cousins, seeing the little ones growing up healthy & happy can be so fulfilling. I will pursue that in my studies for the next 3 -4 years. Okay, Janine, you must be jumping and smiling to urself claiming"yayyyyyy, Alena forever is my Junior!" You bad bad senpai..... !

Regarding my Japanese: Elementary stage 1 lesson left one more to go! ): I will miss my senseeeeeeei....She is the best sensei I have met so far. last week, her throat was terrible but yet she insist to teach us. Poor sensei. Daiji ni shite kudasai! I will pray for your health. I thank God for always blessing me due to His ultimate love. Please bless and restore my teacher's health. Probably if I come back from SL trip(to be confirm?), I would then continue my lessons in Angelin Sensei's Nihongo gakko. Hope to be in her class.

Anyway, CNY's clothes were brought :D Thanks BFF for accompanying me into shops and shops just bcos I am so picky ! Didn't even have time to think about dinner. hahaha.

Time passes so quickly. It is going to be Christmas soon :) FYP had bring to an end now. I'm glad but at the same time, it means quit of team cooperation also. At the same time, I'm graduatingggg soon enough ! I'm quite sure that I would miss my poly life & FYP times. Thank you Siang Yong, Simon, Zheng Long and of course our PI, Priscilla. All of you have made me learn something through out the process. Siang Yong is irritating, he is not serious in his work and putting his piority wrongly. However, he is entertaining. I laugh a lot bcos of him and I've learnt how to work with such person at the end of the day. Simon is like a brother to me ! Very hard working and mature. Capable to do so many things due to his work experience. Thank you for teaching me many things. Zheng Long is smart and often leading the team, very sourceful person too. Being your ex gf and fyp team mate was never easy. Hee..But thank you for always being there for me.

Priscilla, thank you so much. You encourge us a lot though we did not win SWJP. I'll rmb what you said: " If you win, you deserve it. But just because you didn’t win doesn’t mean you didn’t deserve it too. There’s just only 6 spaces. "

HIIIII EVERYONE !

I realise that I need to hasten on writing my FYP report. 1st draft need to get submitted by this friday! Priscilla is seriously driving us crazy.

Recently, I thought through on my "wish" list. To my surprise, I discovered many things that I would like to pursue.

1) Japanese classes up to Advance level stage 3

2) Japanese Language Profiency Test Singapore for at least Level 5 (easiest).

3) Learn how to play keyboard

4)Own a grand keyboard

5) SWIMMING (It's a life skill u see)

6) Degree certificate

Current status: Started learning the above 3 skills slightly and Jap language have some progress but yet I am determine to accomplish my expectations. Keyboard is way too expensive and time consuming. I'll try...You can say I may be over ambitious but it's part of edifying me :) Most of all, I want to see myself growing closer to God and following His footsteps...

I was kinda of glad that I finally get to spend time with my best friend! I know ur cute secret now. hehe.. Oh ya, Erin-san wanted a really special birthday card. It must be written in Japanese! My goodness. My hiragana has only just completed learning and now still at Katagana. I have 1 month left? Hiragana was easy as I have foundation from the past. Learning the vowels: a i u e o which is a difference sequence as eng. E.g. The word Ha na, はな (from the table)means flower ! Not as difficult right? But of course I need to memorise as much as I can before tmr's lesson on katagana....

haha. Enough of Jap. Talk about my mother tongue. One thing that I found very meaningful from Kong Zi，孔子：己所不欲，勿施于人. A short phase like this contain words with the meaning that he wish to convey perfectly. How beautiful is this! Tell me if you can define it :)

Back to continue my blogging since a few days ago...

Since school started, I was rather troubled and disturbed over something. Then again, God gave me that peace and slowly pick myself up :) I'm gg to talk about TICE ECO camp 2010 !

DAY 1:

I was suppose to meet Jing Kai and & Lester @ TP entrance but I end up meeting Jing kai at Tamp interchange. I was early! Bcos Jing Kai stubbornly wants to wait for the rest to arrive so we end up lateeeee but still left only 2 of us. SIGH.

Reached TP! Jing Kai PS me and so I walked into convention theatre alone ): I was welcomed by their amazing enthusiastic. Lester was just in front of me and I felt much more relief. First game have to merge with other groups, there I get to know Jocelyn & Sylvia! Needless to say for Doris as I knew her before hand but more in camp. HEE. Ok, 1^st game was “whacko”! HOW IN THE WORLD DO PEOPLE THERE MEMORISE MY NAME???? I thought my name is the most difficult to remember. Soon after our ice-breaking games ended, we are tortured by long hours of talks which last about 3 hrs? Then we had “DUCK GAME” before our dinner J when dinner ends, we are told to break up into our individual groups and complete our recycling waste sculpture. After supper, supposedly lights off ( but many of us refuse to go straight into our dreamland until like 1.30am? So Doris and Vincent were sharing ghost stories while I chit-chatted with Louis and Lester. Both of them soooooooooo funny. )

DAY 2: AMAZING RACE (extreme tiredness)

Early in the morning we had PT (physical training that only require some stretching) after we washed up then our breakfast! OH OH ! The food there is heavenly, from a caterer name “ISS”. Ok....Then we are told to change into our sports wear and set off! Supposedly required to go 3 places which contribute to all our tiredness that day: Pasir Ris Park, MacRitchie and Botanical garden. If we had the time, we have to visit all places but thankfully no. Hence, we proceed back to TP straight aft MacRitchie via TAXI cos we are hungryyyyyy & late.

After dinner, we had the worst “night activity” in my life. SO SCARY but funnnnn. we are blinded to be ‘tortured’. my goshhh.. Camp leaders throw us flour, powder, honey and water! They even burst balloon and scream in our face. It is exactly like kidnapper game I had at Arrow chalet and just nice I was the victim that time also… ):

DAY 3: Last day of ECO camp 2010, presentation & photo taking.

My group didn’t won but at least we really had fun! hehe..I sure miss everyone!

My Japanese class is starting this saturday yet, my intention of going Your Power, Your hands did not change. Funny thing is just when I so into Korean language, my class is starting! oktokae?! hehe...Erin is a huge influence, Kim hyun joong. She is <3 ! I thank God for bringing my po po to church soon ! Although I am clueless regarding Hokkien service but I'll faith in Him.

I've ate really fabulous food recently! hehehe. Like Crystal Jade buffet @ Herman's birthday, Mushroom Pot buffet @ pri sch gathering and Yoshimaru Bar Ramen + Cold Rock ice cream with Wen Yan. My work place provide us with their high quality cooked food too. More pictures not uploaded here.. maybe FB ? :)

My Jap class is postpone for the same reason again... I should ask for refund soon. Michelle had intro me to work at Sentosa Banquet. Both pay and welfare are good esp for girls :) So far I've only work for 2 days through the 2 weeks hols and yet my pay have exceed 2 digit! ANYONE WANNA JOIN ME? Managers only ask guys to do the rough work and girls of course the otherwise and they DO SCOLD STAFF miserably which is one thing I dislike about. I need to get myself rest and work on the landyard that my caregroup is preparing for the "The Power, Your hand 2" event. Tmr I'm serving! Have been serving for the past 3 weeks :) Blessed Children Day. I LOVE all the little ones.

Celebration Sunday: Darlene Zschech was here to lead us in Praise & Worship. I like today's sharing. It is on prisoner of sins and freedom of Christ (Pastor's description). I agreed with Pastor that many people had doubt the price of 'Lord's grace' even it is emphasize so much in the Bible. In Romans 6:14 (New King James Version)
14 For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.

You may ask what is so good about grace. Would anyone ask the otherwise, the law? Personally, I trust that God want us to appreciate His grace and see ourselves under law no more. we should as we have no absolute obedience...no matter how hard we tried to stay sin free. This is my glorious gracious Lord.

On 4 September:

I am back to study Japanese :) I had elementary stage 1 background but I am re-taking it so that I can refresh my memory 4 years back. I think it is seriously time for me to learn swimming. hehe ! I need to gain confident of movement in the water like what yann shaw said. All I can is to breathe out in water. I wanna float on the water for 3 laps ! HAHA. That is my goal for now :P

Do not be fooled by Carine lessie's apparence. She & fellow IG guys are Oscar award winning actors ! Haha. 1st prize: Chew Yao Jie follow by Herman Seah, Tan Yann Shaw and Glenn Tan are first runner-up. Lessie was suppose to ask me out on 20th Aug to fly kite. Due to wet weather & me being the famous LATE QUEEN, she suggested to meet at Farrer Park instead of Harbour Front (I thought it was bcos she can't wait to eat her lunch). Feeling kinda of guilty, I dashed to Farrer Park and I saw the poor Carine standing there alone. ): I thought she would pulled me to fill her stomach but to my surprise, she walk to the other direction and shouted "EH!" pointing at a group of guys. I looked carefully! They were the 4 Oscar award winning actors !!! Yao Jie's face was soooooooooooooo innocent that I sincerely thought it was an coincident. I even asked Carine: "Why are they following us?" We went to Coffee Bean to chill out and ended our day @ Yao Jie's hse for Mahjong ! HEE.

So they bought me to Seoul Garden for lunch ! Gave me the cutest bear bear on earth : White & Silver CareBear :

I am so naughty. Aft since all my UTs is cleared, I set my eyes on plans during holidays. Lol. Kind of decided what to take for nxt semester already but Wzl say seems like a 'DNA junk' thing. cos it is not helpful or beneficial? HAHA!

As those that know me for long, I'm turning 20! In less than 1 month..... Ok, admit that i'm a big girl now but still v childish personally.

What is birthday without making an effort to sing and wishing me from your heart? Hee...Wzl have promised me long ago, i'll make him sing 10 times? 20 times? 50 times? Lol.

I burst into laughter when I read this in public. So embarrassing! haha. Of cos, the article is rather long, it described both parent's way of child-rearing can varies so much. Mummy definitely has the formidable power who no one can replace isn't it ? Do something that would make your mum feel loved start from today!

Recently I have concluded many thoughts in my head. The thing is, I would rather believe that there is no right or wrong to what I have concluded, it is causing the bizarre. Take for example, I am nice to some people I know, they take it with no sense of appreciation. It is ok if you regard me as some friend or what, or if we are close enough, all these doesn't matter. How can someone treat me as "free helper"? I have no idea whether do you regard me as a friend of yours in the first place, we are no longer classmates nor any way related, you dont even bother to talk to me when you see me in person! whenever you need ppt, ws and you need somebody to clarify uncertainties when you are revising esp before the UT, you would approached me for help and I kindly offered my help to you through the phone gg through all the questions ensuring that you understand but I feel that you expect from me all along. I'm sorry that I felt this way but there is more than 1 person treating me like that. I really wonder, what am I to you ?

My stomach had been really cranky. I vomited continuously and diarrhoea, the gd friend comes along too. visited doc twice..then diagnose correctly. The first doctor says I got gastric and prescribe those helpless medicine. In what world would gastric land me in such state?! I went out today and the smell of foooooood outside is tempting me! Before I fall into any, I've made myself scram. In my head, I was thinking "wait wait wait alena! you got to wait until you are recovered and completed that stupid course of medicine"...

Focusing point in my spiritual life

Time to focus on what God wants me to do. I'm a spontaneous girl who enjoys youths activities, what most is serving God. Many people should know that I serve in Children Ministry(Rock Kidz). For the past 4 years, there were no grumbling on my dedication besides can't wake up on time! c'mon I'M ONLY 16 YEARS OLD WHEN I STARTED SERVING. hehehehehhe. The moment you see those children's smile towards you, calling you "teacherrr teacherrr". Most importantly, I see those little ones grow not in terms of physically only but getting to know Jesus more and more. Anyone of them can make my day despite screwing up my duty. I always thought that I have no problem serving as befriender in my care group. Maybe I'm wrong...

Having brood over what my leader told me, should I just focus on where God put my heart instead ? It is never a obligation. In fact, I love serving as befriender in a different way like teacher. They are incomparable. As far as time is concern, I cannot commit like before which I agreed totally.

My laptop is faulty! my goodnesssssss. This is outrageous. Acer have changed my motherboard after which I can't load my windows with battery. Deny ur blame, I'll prove you WRONG.

FIRST GAME OF MAHJONG IN MY LIFE

I told myself that I must blog about today! Because I had learnt how to play MAHJONG. hehe. It doesn't sound like sth that you would be proud of however I definitely enjoyed it :) Mind you, there was no money involved but who cares. It is the excitement that you get awaiting ur winning tile(s) to appear which rob my heart. Credits goes to Herman, Eileen, Brendan and oh yes...not forgetting the one who called me "NOOB",Yann Shaw. I totally have no idea why is he describing himself to me? HAHA. I am grateful for the day despite my mum pulling a grumpy face aft knowing all this.

Apart from this, I realised that ZL's throat is no better. It hurts miserably to see him struggling to even say'good night darling'... I'll pray for him and no doubt he will recover soon enough. Stand in faith with me will you?

3 Consecutive days, I have been waking up like 8/9am. Behaving like some idiots who rush down my block for some walk or rather sit underneath my block till their lunch break so that I can quickly bathe and flee. If there are FIVE people drilling floor titles above your head, I bet you would jump out from your bed with fright and does the same as I. Anyone feel me? Okok. TOLERANCE is the key word. HEE.. I'm watching "Hi, my sweetheart" recently and I realised that many people have watched this drama long ago. I FINALLY can afford that teeny-weeny amount of ticks on the clock to watch.

Watching this show makes me flash back.

Soon enough will be the 8th month with Mr Wee. Time flies and think about how we get to know each other as classmate in Biochem class, agreed to be his FYP team mate to nodding my head to be his girlfriend really amazes me.

From then, I learnt to stand up from where I fall and appreciate successes that I received from God. It may seem to be words of comfort I gave myself but I really have learnt to accept failures. I feel that I have neglected my blog, so I'm here putting aside FYP thinking of yakking via blog. FYP is reaching the climax of the progress. To ensure sustainability and feasibility, it is difficult. Racing with time and I wanna pray for the well-being of my team members. They were Simon, Siang Yong and Zl. Stay resilient and it will be over in no time...there is a myth about greywater which is "easy"! Like I said, a myth!

I AM STILL ALIVE !

I decided to scribble something here today :)

Second Semester passed so quickly. Before you realize, its time for year 3! I look at studies more easily now. I used to be overwhelm by stress & anxiety. well, are such improvements ideal ?

I don't wish to yawl like some wolves or donkeys. BUT! My chicken pox is irritating me far worst than any other irritants you can find in the lab. Yes. Your eyes did not lie, I"M HAVING CHICKEN POX... Herman told me me, its spreading around RP. Sad to say, I'm one of them. But praise be to God, It does not itch that badly. I'm doing whatever I can to stay pretty! If you are kind enough, you may consider to call this pathetic girl name alena, who is grounded at home temporary. Else, you may also like to pray for her healing. Thank you folks! :) So far, wzl is doing the job (not sure his prayers works or not) at times acting very retarded just to make me cheer up. GD JOB !

Folks! Christmas Caroling is interesting...Thanks to Christon and Joan for opening their house. Christon's parents sure can cook ! I enjoyed the dinner to some extent. HEE. (actually love it a lot la) Of cos, in condition we are required to sing. Erin kept covering her face as though nobody could see her and the guys behind our row were loud. haha. In a nutshell, IT WAS AWESOME.

Yesterday was attending Conservation IG day camp and gosh, it was tiring. Nevertheless we had a great time playing games at HortPark. haha. Team B played their hearts and souls but my team won ! HEE. Thanks for putting in ur effort anyway. Poor thing.

Hopefully I can blog a lengthy post today.

I attended "His Power Your Hands" event at Cerebal Palsy Centre yesterday. It felt different from serving in Jubliee class. FYI, Cerebral palsy (CP) is a disorder that affects muscle tone, movement, and motor skills (the ability to move in a coordinated and purposeful way). I can understand how much care, patient and passion the teacher possess just to allow the children to have decent learning skills in life. I am sure that the greatest gift of those teachers is to see their students living like a normal children out there. Victor, Bram , Hui ling and I were in responsible of taking care this pair of brothers, Danny and Daniel. The experienced taught me a lot. Unconditional love comes from within and no matter what mistakes the person you love commit, you forgive. This describe God's love for us as well. I love you two, stay healthy Danny and Daniel !

I admit that I can't be like God. It is because I expect the person I love very much to achieve equilibrium. so.... THANK YOU whoever for loving me ! If love is only one-sided, isn't it miserable ? And guys, it is time for you to cherish whoever that love you today. Express it to them by saying "God loves you, so am I" NOW ! :)

Realize its been quite awhile since I blogged. Too many things happened and I'll try very hard to name all in this post :) Hopefully, I feel more accomplish at the end of the day. Let me start with my 19th birthday ! HEE.

My NVSS 5n2 clique celebrated for me way before the actual day. Bcos...we realized that all of us will be handling our exams. If you're wondering, yea.. Chemistry UT 3 fell on 8am during that premium 24 hrs :( But sincerely I thank God for the surprise IG friends have prepared for me and Song Wei , Shyan, Feng yi and Jonko for the call conference when clock ticked at 12am ! Thank you EVERYONE for your presents, cards, wishes :) I really appreciate them.

The idiom "let bygones be bygones" is some statement I refuse to agree with. Given that I studied Lit, I still think some past cannot be erase in our life. Seriously.. who can? I will take my hats off you. The past that I am referring to is not argument you had with ur roam mate when you were still a pre-schooler. It is those that mark a larger scars in our life. After reading some blogs, I'm tempted to blog too and here I am :) Again, its friday and I'm having biochem class as usual.

Looking back, I knew nth when come to this module, always caught dumbfounded when faci throw a qns to me. It gets better now, so much of being hardworking. I thought to myself during RJ, what motivates me so much in school and struggling through my UTs (understanding tests), IGs (Interest group), Church also my O level ??

Sure enough I do not commit blindly.Yea.. I feel worn out as time goes by but I see it as what it takes to live my life to the fullest. At least, with no regrets. I've just watched K.O.3 anguo ep21 ! Getting super obsessed with this drama. hehe. Is bcos of the previous series. K.O.One and X-Family :) Though this time rd most of the main characters have been replaced but its still the sequel and related after all :) One way of maintaining my Chinese standard is via watching chinese drama. HEE. I enjoyed being bilingual ! Thks Mummy and Dad for culturing me well. Esp my dad, since young i was expected to As my chinese and of cos it isn't easy esp for O level. Is always between B3 and A2. There's still room for improvement....righhhhhht yue seng? But I did it for dad's sake. :)

I keep thanking God for sending both of you in my life. To other peeps, I may seem cheerful but when I get upset or hurt....actually I fall hard. Only close friends that know me inside out understand. oh yeah...and I do whine and share woes to specific people. Cheers duo are among those :) I hardly cry or tear. But I do ! seriously....my parents also say, though I'm a v.soft girl, I never show my devastated side easily.

Yann Shaw is super observant. He can sense I sound bored or rather moody by saying "morning........" Amazingggggg! Yao Jie is pathetically funny.haha...Desmond! you fail to impose him badly...Both of them are soooo sweeeeeeet...they will cheer me when I get upset by all means. Thannnnnnnnk yoooouuuu! School daysssssss.

As expected, after since semester started, I was pretty occupied. Its due to IG & academic. Occasionally, I would be wondering should I just give up IG? Hardly come out with an answer anyway. haiiis. Recently, I have not been revising my math! Is time to focus on prioritiessss.

Year 2 modules are super tough. Never regret requesting Dr. Chua to drop my second elective since he say is not necessary to take extra module. (:

Applied Physics - Putting my extra effort for my fav module.
Chemistry - Coping well (:
Microbiology - Average
Biochemistry - Die all the time. Always force me to skip lunch. sigh...

I can say Biochem is the most headache module. I've been asking Lord for help on this! wisdom....is all I seek.

Church life (:

I feel that after a tired & challenging week, church is so comforting :D Esp attending Arrow.

Today I went to ARROW ! Finally. Last Arrow service I failed the health check. Hence, I was forbid to enter Arrow service and I was so frustrated as well as disappointed to the extend that I cried. why that day!! Praise and worship service and I missed it !!!!!!!!!

Anyway, back to today's Arrow service. Pastor Keith is awesomeeeeee! His jokes are funny. heee. Really anointed & bless. Serious. I really adore his love for Christ. He shared with us something shocking today. Listen.

Pastor Keith was invited here altogether only twice to DARE & Arrow to preach. The last time he came, something real bad happened to his daughter. His 2 years old daughter was severely ill just days away from coming to youth ministry.

Today! This is his second time coming. However, his daughter is currently hospitalise.

Just yesterday, he received emergency call from his mother who was taking care of the toddler. She could not talk properly on the phone anymore. Upon seeing the little girl lying on the floor, blood flowing out from her mouth, no more sign of heart beat. The grandma was caught breathless as well as Pastor. Praise God, his daughter is out of danger according to the doctor.

This morning, Pastor receive MMS of his daughter, who is free from tubes and drips! Praise God. His faith is astounding. Is hurting to see Pastor crying on the stage while sharing. With so many youths that adore him highly thinking that he lead an lovely life. Yet today, he broke down before us. But, this has touches every heart who were listening to him.

I want to thank God for such Pastor. I felt so bless to be in New Creation Church. All these years, I have been living under grace and favour. I've found a home. For people that know me. You witness the tremendous change I went through, how amazing :D It the glory!

Time flies so quickly before we realise it. I'm Year 2 alreadyyyy!

The first week was awesomeeee =) Because almost all SAS friends can be found in W5! I'm glad that I choose Science course :) It feels smart though is duper tough. Will work doubly hard to achieve my ideal GPA :D

Sometimes just feel so dreadful with my busy life. sacrifice many moments with loved ones. But I do love the way I'm living now. :) It's being colourful and pleasing.

So far, I've resigned for almost 1 month. For some reason, I miss working at RVM. will nv forget the times you take care of me. It's my pleasure to work under you :)

Time to update (:

went to 2 chalet ! Class & IG.

Class chalet. Met up with the girls & Wei How to buy BBQ food. And so we had a hard time finding the chalet! what a place! At changi..totally nt familar

Derek and Nawawi were there earlier.Then soon the rest came. (

We'll thankful for the guys who stand out and start the fire. Girls have no experiences on that. Hee..

Played Dai Di with Wei How & Nawawi. Hee..can consider me as a average player lah (: can beat them sometimes.

Regardless whether you read my blog though I at least bother to read urs to find out ur feelings, and you don't! I'm gg to say sth here to you ! Please change! I can't stand your attitude any longer. Its hell to me ! I was thinking to myself, why should I tolerate you all the time? And comforting myself that I can accept ur nature. I doubt so since that day. You said "you hate me just because I keep repeating the same thing to you" what's wrong with that? And you got piss! I haven even list the things i'm unhappy with. I never had a friend who I cherish hurt me to that extend. I know you care, deny all you want. But, it's up to you to maintain our friendship.

meet up Jasper & Yao Jie to buy equipments for BBQ. Guess what, YJ was late cos he took wrong bus! HAHA. Push the trolley all the way to chalet. The distance was farrrrr! Poor guys. They were gentlemen enough to push them back (:

Okieee. As usual, Conservation IG is having another event. 100k plastic bottles mosaic! This time round we are breaking Singapore Book Of Records !

All I can say is I see Conservation IG members put in 100% effort, hardship & patient to make this happen!

I really am enjoying what I've contirbuted. Not only feel the high sense of achievement but most importantly, I see unity, passion , commitment , cooperation, fun & more fun with each other ! Complains always come from my mouth but anybody knows, deep down. I am filled with content and satisfaction and honour for such experiences. At least, I dare to tell people. I have being playing a big role in sustaining the environment! What have you being doing?

This title was my last problem of my first academic year in RP. I admit, I nearly cried when we said "Thank you faci" as a class.

Our class was very quiet at first. No matter is it during meetings or break time. Good thing is because of this we had little conflict. and fortunately some girls can really make some noise out of the silence :D I should not say who....HEE =)

W45A very first class outing!

I have so much fun ytd at Escape Theme Park :) All thanks to Shemin we took a bus which last half an hr to down town east =.= She hallucinate there's a bus at tamp reach by a few stops far but realise that it was at pasir ris interchange instead. HEE..blur queen!

So we reach there close to 11am. There waiting for the rest and buying our tickets at $8.80! I think is worthwhile. At least for now cos its hols promotion...:)

There we go for the rides...! We start with riding on "FLIPPER" Sit with Chew ling, Yiling, and Shemin. we told Yu Song " Dont scare ah!!" he act gay to entertain us. HAHA. but I admit, we were super noisy. YES. we were screaming away ~~ lol..

After that we went to the Haunted House!

Omg! The guys were scaring us can. They said somebody inside will touch us, pop up at our sight out of nowhere and even drag the last person to another route. Hello! It turn out there is NTH except for those frightening crops like corpse and mummies! The route is super narrow & dark though. chey!

After which we went to queue for Go-Kart! we have 13 of us playing so we separate ourselves into 2 grps. Chew ling bull-shitting that she can drive with "one-hand". lalalalala, whatever! HEE..In the first grp, Derek overtake so many of them became first in position ! wow. I also not bad ok. I was the last who set off but I manage to overtake Audrey which is the second last! lol.. She too slow alr. hahahaha :D

After lunch, its WET & WILD! Due to maintenance, we waited for quite awhile. so we played 'concentration' in the mean time. Chew ling is damn lousy. hahaha! No tempo talent. she kept clapping at the wrong beat. HAHA..is either too fast or slow. HEE..can't believe she did not pick up from Jasmine! I came to know this game when im in DARE grp, Huper one. miss those days

I dont know abt the rest. But I rly enjoyed myself!

Okay..I have the urge to blog just then. SOOOOO, here I am.

Its heartgrief to see something like this happen to my cousins...

Today I just attended my a wake. My aunt was divorce and now happily re-married. She married to France and left both both my cousins in Singapore. Of course she trust that they are grown up and hopefully independent enough to take care of themselves. To be frank, I don't see it coming. Apparently both are not in good terms. Both in their 20s and yet I heard news like they fight! I can unds when its petty arguments but FIGHT is like WTH !! As if it is not the worst, the younger brother hide the fact that their biological father had passed away from his sister!!

However im pondering whether the brother was just adhering to his father's will. He was told to keep it low profile and tell no one about it if anything happen to him. My dad was saying "no one doesn't mean it include his sister!!" At least, I got a feeling it was unintentional..

Anyway, I just hate YY! And the Lord has been so mercy to me becos I've not been in the same team with him for the past few mths! wheeeeeeeeeee!! thats wonderful (: Ty Lord !! In the mean time I pity Amirah (sp error?) for facing such a guy for 4 days in a week. OMG! can't believe she can live till todayyyy.

Hi ! Finally took my 1st paper and it was perfectly smooth (:

Can't believe I feel so peaceful for my Os. Perhaps wat my brother said has strike me - I was not well prepared for the exam.. haizz. But it seems that Lord has been with me through out (: Favour of God is on me and sames goes to Erin ( For her eng paper). If paper 2 was as easy, I bound to pass for sure!

Some interesting things going on today.

Someone's phone ringing so LOUDLY during exam. and its such a typical kind of ring tone. AHAHAHA.
It rings for quite a number of times and I start to get a little crossed and distracted >.<
Invigilator refuse to release unless the person own up and see her afterwards.
Finally, a china guy own up after so long cos he can't understand English! HAHA.
Went to hospital to visit grandpa, some staff there mistaken me as student observer! ( I look smart OK! but looks are deceiving. HAHA )

andddd today's problem was pretty interesting because its on Inflation. Buuuuuuuuttttttt, nothing inspire my study mood instead sth had cause me so upset. The good thing is I manage to set aside any personal feelings.

I'm in a very blue mood these days and ever since then nobody could really cheer me up. Unlike my care group leader! While talking to her, as my tears were rolling, I felt that He had taken away! I went to the C.S.I Lipstick Chromatography workshop today!

So many things happening. Read Belle's blog and I found out that she is having some ear infection and require to go thru surgery. Will cover you with prayers girl :) I remember last Friday was Conservation IG interview. Faint! Did a PowerPoint presentation and the qns that Jasper pose were extremely challenging =.= OMG.

ALMOST suffocate in that room despite that the committee tried to reduce the tense aura. can consider that as informal I guess.

After which, ate my lunch as well as catch up with my IG friends. I feel so bad for making Yasin wait. Allow me to apologise, Sorry! hehs. Was suppose to rush off to send Serena. And can you imagine, she actually prank me on the phone that she's flying off already! Hor Hor. It reflect the image of a SAS faci. Just teasing :)

Alright, I was too tired to join the rest after Serena left. Bcos I only managed to catch a few hrs of sleep the previous night. Carine even worst, she told me she still rehearse even when she's sleeping.GOSH! Guess we had did our best already. No regrets.

After so long, 16 wks together. we went thru so many problems, laughters, disappointment, fun, sorrows and worries. Are we still unite??? Well, we all know the ans(: I must say, one of the best class I ever had.

At the Orientation Programme, my first known friends in W14F were Pris, Jessie, Wan ting and Kenzi. I still can recall how Pris walked in and greet us with" Do you all know each other? HAHA. Can I seat with you all?(Jessie and I)"

First day of school, Vivi walked in with her punk style. Her presence created a very tense atmosphere and showing the "leave me alone face!" HAHA. Til today, she's still laughing at my "very dangerous" phrase.

Remember the times, we had our first exciting game in class, "Chair racing"?? Our Class wave??? ~~~~~. Hehes. Our Cam or Video whoring session in school?? Remember that who make me cry??? And all our impression towards each other??? And the tedious moment when we work to make our presentation successful?

You never show your temper and impatient to us which what makes our class likes you a lot. When we first started out, we could not raise relevant points nor questions that efficiently.

OMG! Eco Flea Market booth is up =D YEeeeeeaah! I cant describe how I feel right now. It is neither happy but angry. Im abt to be out of IG's agony =D

I was very piss with the facilitator today and im gg to bitch abt him here. Hehes.
It goes like this:

I was doing my worksheet during breakout 2 and guess what. That relief faci came to our table and ask us what is our presentation strategy like. With only Jordan and I at the table, so I said "mms..maybe blah blah blah". On top of that, I asked him whether is there any calculation involve in today's problem. Now, this idiot faci responded " You are not here to please me, Alena." WOWWWW. let me tell you. I am sooooo willing to split all the *&^&%$#!$ that I learnt to him. =.= I didn't of cos! So I filled all my grudges in my stomach.
Third meeting, we were suppose to raise questions and that FACILITATOR was superrrrrrr annoying. He ignored my point raised and I needed Jordan to speak my points!! This time, I feel like slapping his face I swear.

Last week structure activity is sooooo fun! omggggg. can you imagine yourself Praise and Worship @ such a beautttttiful club house????
